Project Manager - Design & Build

Location: North West

Rate: £340 - £360 per day

Contract: 3 Months

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Design & Build company on a 3-month contract based across the North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in Design & Build to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
\n
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
\n
• Monitor project progress, manage programmes, and resolve any issues effectively.
\n
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality on site.
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Proven track record in Project Management within the construction industry.
\n
• Current or previous Design & Build (D&B) experience is essential.
\n
• Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
\n
