We are seeking experienced Data Migration Analysts to support a large-scale global transformation programme that is replacing core ERP and middle-office platforms across a substantial multi-site UK operation. Data migration is critical to the success of the programme, and you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality data for pilot go-live and subsequent deployment phases.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile transformation initiative and take ownership of hands-on data migration activities, enabling operational teams to focus on subject matter expertise and business validation.

As a Data Migration Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing the end-to-end data preparation process across multiple data domains, ensuring data is mapped, cleansed and ready for migration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mapping source data to target data models and applying agreed business rules.
\n
• Cleansing, validating and preparing large volumes of data for migration.
\n
• Identifying and resolving data quality issues and exceptions.
\n
• Documenting mapping logic, transformations and migration decisions.
\n
• Preparing data outputs for SME review and incorporating feedback through to sign-off.
\n
• Collaborating with data owners, system owners and project stakeholders to maintain migration readiness.
\n
• Supporting knowledge transfer and documentation handover at the conclusion of the project.
\n

• Proven experience delivering data migration projects within ERP or other enterprise system implementations.
\n
• Strong data mapping, data cleansing and transformation experience.
\n
• SAP
\n
• SQL
\n
• Python
\n
• S4 Hanna - Desirable
\n
• Ability to work within a structured data migration methodology.
\n
