Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Yaxley, Peterborough. Working a permanent night shift, you'll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, quality standards are maintained, and downtime is kept to a minimum.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team environment with excellent working hours, ongoing training, and a stable long-term position.The Role As an Injection Mould Setter, your responsibilities will include:Setting, adjusting and maintaining injection moulding machines to achieve optimum production performance.Carrying out tooling changes safely and efficiently in line with production schedules.Monitoring machine performance, cycle times and production output.Troubleshooting machine and process issues to minimise downtime and reduce waste.Calibrating masterbatch units in line with production requirements and setting sheets.Maintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety.Recording scrap, downtime and other production data accurately within the ERP system.Providing supervisory cover during periods of holiday or absence when required.The Ideal Candidate We're keen to speak with candidates who have:Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment.Strong tooling change and machine-setting experience.Experience monitoring machine performance and maintaining efficient production output.Knowledge of masterbatch calibration and process optimisation.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to fault finding.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Basic computer literacy and experience inputting production information into internal systems.A strong understanding of health and safety procedures within manufacturing.A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.What's in it for you? £45,000 per annum£50 weekly attendance allowancePermanent night shift patternFour-day working week with a three-day weekend every weekWeekly payFree onsite parkingCompany benefits platform including discounts and cashback offersOngoing training and development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive working environmentLong-term career prospects with a growing businessIf you're an experienced Injection Mould Setter looking for your next opportunity and want to join a company that values its employees, click Apply Now or contact Dan Pearce for more information.07791991352INDNHTPBN1_UKTJ
