Together, were building a better future.We are hiring Gas Heating and Breakdown EngineersWe are growing our team and now have opportunities available across the CM , SG , and AL postcode areas.Our current workload includes:Patch CM & SG postcode areas, with additional work across Cambridgeshire and HertfordshireAL postcode area is also suitable for coverageAll Technicians will attend one monthly meeting at our Glory Park office in Wooburn Green.About the RoleAs a Gas Heating and Breakdown Engineer, you will carry out gas servicing, diagnostics and repairs in our customers homes. You will work independently across your patch, supported by a strong team and equipped with everything you need to do the job well.You will receive a fully stocked van, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, PPE and branded workwear.This is an important role that helps keep our customers safe, warm and supported.Key Responsibilities:Carry out gas servicing, diagnostics and breakdown repairsWork on a range of domestic gas appliancesDeliver excellent customer service and aim for first time fixesFollow all health and safety requirementsKeep van stock organised and equipment in good conditionComplete job notes and reports accuratelyTravel across your patch and occasionally to other areas when neededWhat Were Looking ForMust haves:Strong experience in gas breakdownsACS Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1Competence in electrical work linked to heating systemsGood problem solving skillsFull valid manual driving licenceNice to haves:Unvented G3 qualificationFor added brilliance:Experience working in social housingConfidence working independently across a mobile patchA passion for delivering safe, warm homes and great customer serviceBenefitsAt SettleParadigm, we believe in creating an environment where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
