Lift Projects Supervisor

This established and growing independent lift company are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to support their Major Projects division. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Lift Engineer with supervisory experience to join a business delivering major repairs and modernisation projects across their portfolio in the Midlands.As a Project Supervisor you will be responsible for:Supervising major repair and modernisation projects from planning through to completionSupporting and coordinating engineers and subcontractors on siteMonitoring project progress to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budgetProviding technical support and guidance to engineering teamsLiaising with customers, site contacts and internal departmentsManaging project materials, logistics and site administrationEnsuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all timesReporting project updates and performance to senior managementLeading by example and supporting the development of engineering teamsTo be successful in this role you will have:A background in lift engineering with experience in major repairs, modernisation, installation or serviceNVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (essential)NVQ/QCF Level 4 (desirable)Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within the lift industryStrong technical knowledge across a variety of lift productsExcellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skillsGood IT skills including Microsoft OfficeThe ability to motivate, develop and lead engineersIn return you will receive a competitive package which includes:Competitive basic salary - £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)Company vehicleOngoing training and career developmentOpportunity to progress within a growing businessSupportive management teamLong-term job securityFull-time permanent positionCompany pensionHoliday entitlement plus bank holidaysIf you're an experienced Lift Engineer looking to take the next step into supervision, or an existing Project Supervisor looking for a new challenge, we'd be keen to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
