NURSERY PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Location: Woodbridge, IP13Pay Rate: £14.40 per hourJoin Our Growing Team! We are currently recruiting for an experienced Nursery Production Supervisor to join a well-established nursery specialising in Trees and Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock) .This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading a small team while working outdoors in a rewarding environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small production team while working alongside them.Carry out daily nursery tasks including:WeedingManual pottingPruningTraining and tying plantsMaintaining irrigation systemsAssist with planning daily work schedules.Manage stock using the in-house database.Take responsibility for the nursery when required.Welcome and assist customers when needed.Skills & Experience ? Knowledge and experience of Trees & Shrubs (Hardy Nursery Stock)? Previous experience leading or supervising a small team? Good IT skills and confidence using databases? PA1 & PA6 certificates are desirable but not essential? Excellent communication skills with a good standard of English?
