Interim Project Manager - Finance Transformation | Competitive Daily rate | Outside IR35 | Remote with Occasional UK / European TravelWe're supporting a private equity-backed organisation embarking on a major finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile change initiatives.This is not an ERP implementation role. Instead, you'll lead the business change required to transform the finance function, working alongside a wider systems programme to deliver new operating models, standardised processes and successful organisational adoption.You'll be responsible for:Leading multiple finance transformation workstreamsDriving finance operating model and process changeSupporting finance centralisation and standardisation initiativesDelivering organisational change, communications, training and business readinessManaging senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider businessProviding confident updates and recommendations to Executive and Board-level stakeholdersDelivering transformation across an international, multi-entity organisationWe're looking for someone with:Proven experience as a PM delivering complex finance transformation programmesA strong track record of leading organisational change within finance functionsExperience of finance operating model transformation, shared services or finance centralisationExcellent stakeholder management skills with credibility at Executive and Board levelStrong commercial and financial awarenessExperience working alongside ERP programmes is advantageous, but this is not a systems delivery roleThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme with significant executive sponsorship and play a key role in shaping the future finance operating model of a growing international organisation.Kinetech are acting as the recruiter for this hire.
