Property Manager – Edinburgh

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who is looking for greater autonomy, career progression and the support of a collaborative team.

The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. Responsibilities include:

• Managing repairs, maintenance and contractor relationships.
\n
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with current Scottish legislation, including HMO requirements where applicable.
\n
• Coordinating re-lets, tenancy renewals, inspections and rent reviews.
\n
• Resolving tenant and landlord queries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
\n
• Working closely with specialist lettings, accounts and inspections teams to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio.
\n
• Participating in an on-call rota and occasional Saturday morning rota.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

\n
• Previous residential property portfolio management experience.
\n
• A strong understanding of Scottish lettings legislation and PRTs.
\n
• HMO knowledge (preferred but not essential).
\n
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
• ARLA/LETWELL qualification (desirable) or willingness to achieve this with full company sponsorship.
\n
