Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee an exciting leisure fit-out project in Hartlepool.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced interior fit-out projects, with a joinery trade background preferred. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, ensuring high-quality finishes, and upholding the highest standards of health and safety throughout the project.

• Day-to-day management of site operations

• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors
\n
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
\n
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress
\n
• Managing quality control and snagging
\n
• Liaising with the client, project team, and suppliers
\n

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
\n
• Joinery trade background preferred
\n
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills
\n
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades
