We're looking for a Access Arrangements Executive to join our team in Milton Keynes on a 12-month FTC basis. This role offers a salary of £29,849 and a hybrid working pattern.

What you will be doing

\n
    \n
  • Process Access Arrangement applications in line with policies and service standards.
  • \n
  • Review supporting evidence and communicate outcomes to candidates and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Update systems accurately and maintain high-quality records.
  • \n
  • Manage medical access arrangement requests and support grievance processes.
  • \n
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • \n
  • Support exam delivery operations and assist with troubleshooting on exam days.
  • \n

Experience

\n
    \n
  • Experience in an administrative or operational role with high attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • \n
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • \n
  • A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills and accuracy.
  • \n
