If you're looking for a role offering genuine variety, influence and long-term career development, this could be the perfect next step.The Opportunity As Group Health and Safety Advisor, you'll play a key role in:\n

- Supporting Health, Safety and Environmental activities across multiple UK sites and business sectors. \n
- Conducting audits, inspections and compliance reviews to drive continuous improvement. \n
- Carrying out accident, incident and near-miss investigations and identifying practical preventative measures. \n
- Producing and reviewing risk assessments, COSHH assessments and safe systems of work. \n
- Supporting contractor management, permit-to-work systems and RAMS reviews. \n
- Promoting fire safety, emergency preparedness and environmental compliance. \n
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings and initiatives to improve HSE awareness across the business. \n
- Preparing sites for external audits, regulatory inspections and insurance visits. \n
- Working closely with managers and operational teams to influence HSE policy, performance and best practice. \n
- \n
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification. \n
- Previous experience in a dedicated Health and Safety role. \n
- Strong working knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and environmental compliance. \n
- Experience carrying out audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessments. \n
- Knowledge of COSHH, contractor management, permit-to-work systems and safe systems of work. \n
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to positively influence colleagues at all levels. \n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to challenge constructively. \n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites. \n
- Full UK driving licence and be happy to travel up to 25% of the time to sites across the UK \n

- £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. \n
