This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting children and young people with a range of additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

• Support pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.
\n
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and personalised learning activities.
\n
• Provide one-to-one and small group support.
\n
• Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
\n
• Promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive classroom environment.
\n
• Assist with personal care where required.
\n

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable but not essential.
\n
• A patient, compassionate, and positive attitude.
\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• A willingness to learn and adapt to individual pupil needs.
\n
• An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
\n
• Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not essential.
