Start Date: September Start

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established Further Education College in Mansfield to recruit a Further Education Learning Support Assistant. The college is recognised for its strong Ofsted ratings for local skills, extensive vocational and A-Level provision, industry-standard facilities, and excellent progression routes into higher education and employment, whilst continuing to invest in modern campus improvements and specialist technical workshops.

The college is looking to appoint a Further Education Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available from September. The successful Further Education Learning Support Assistant will provide general classroom support across a range of vocational and academic subjects, helping learners to remain engaged, develop confidence, and achieve their learning goals within practical, industry-standard environments.

The successful Further Education Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting young people or adults within an education or training environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• The ability to build positive relationships with learners and staff
\n
• A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
\n
• A positive, can-do attitude
\n
• A commitment to promoting an inclusive learning environment
\n
