\n\nHelp Young Learners Thrive Through Personalised Support
\nWe're looking for a QTS-qualified Primary Tutor to support children across the BCP area through tailored 1:1 tuition.
\nWorking on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide personalised educational support to primary-aged learners who require alternative provision or additional help to access learning. Many of the children we support have experienced barriers to education and benefit from a patient, nurturing, and engaging tutor who can help rebuild confidence and encourage progress.

- Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour \n

Requirements
\n- \n
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Minimum 6 months' experience in an educational setting \n
- Experience teaching or supporting primary-aged children \n
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum \n
- Ability to deliver engaging, personalised lessons \n
- Experience supporting children with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Patient, adaptable, and child-centred approach \n
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one \n
- Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel within the local area \n
