This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful Dispute Resolution team, handling a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes while working with an established client base and helping to further develop the firm's offering. The Role:

    \n
  • Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property disputes
  • \n
  • Advising both landlords and tenants on contentious landlord and tenant matters
  • \n
  • Handling boundary disputes and general property litigation matters
  • \n
  • Managing TOLATA claims from instruction through to resolution
  • \n
  • Advising on professional negligence claims relating to property matters
  • \n
  • Assisting with wider commercial litigation matters where required
  • \n
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and other legal documentation
  • \n
  • Conducting advocacy where appropriate
  • \n
  • Providing exceptional client care and managing client expectations throughout matters
  • \n
  • Building upon the firm's strong reputation and actively contributing to business development initiatives
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively within the Dispute Resolution team to deliver successful outcomes for clients
  • \n

The Candidate:

\n


\n
    \n
  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in Property Litigation
  • \n
  • Ideally between 2 and 5 years' PQE, although candidates outside of this range with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • \n
  • Experience handling contentious landlord and tenant disputes for both residential and commercial clients
  • \n
  • Experience with boundary disputes, TOLATA claims and general property litigation matters
  • \n
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • \n
  • Advocacy experience or a willingness to develop advocacy skills
  • \n
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and case management abilities
  • \n
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • \n
  • A proactive team player with a genuine interest in developing the firm's Property Litigation offering
  • \n
