A brilliant opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant to join a progressive multidisciplinary consultancy delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across London.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

\n
• Manage cost consultancy services from pre- to post-contract
\n
• Lead and mentor junior team members
\n
• Oversee cost control, estimates, and procurement strategies
\n
• Negotiate contracts and manage supply chain engagement
\n
• Deliver cost reporting, valuations, and contractor payments
\n
• Liaise with clients and champion innovation in technology and MMC
\n

📋 Skills & Experience Required

\n
• 6+ years’ experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor
\n
• Strong background in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects
\n
• Consultancy or developer experience preferred
\n
• MRICS/MCIOB qualified (or equivalent)
\n
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
\n
• Passion for modern methods of construction and sustainability
\n
