Location: London or Leeds (50% onsite)
Rate: £305 per day
Contract: Until September 2027
Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

We're recruiting an experienced NFT Test Lead/Senior Performance Engineer to join a major Financial Services programme. This is a Performance Engineering role, focused on identifying bottlenecks, defining non-functional requirements (NFRs), and improving application performance across modern cloud environments.

Key skills:

\n
• 8+ years' IT experience with 5+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering
\n
• Strong JMeter and/or LoadRunner experience
\n
• Performance analysis, bottleneck identification and NFR definition
\n
• Azure/AWS performance testing
\n
• Dynatrace or New Relic
\n
• Grafana and Splunk
\n
• Python or JavaScript Scripting
\n
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
\n
• Docker and Kubernetes
\n
• Banking or Financial Services experience is desirable
\n

• Active SC Clearance

• Ability to work 50% onsite in London or Leeds
