Scheme Manager - Grove Gardens Studios & Flats, High Wycombe
\nFull time (37.5 hours) - £34,320 per annum
\nSupporting Independent Living in a Vibrant Community
\nGrove Gardens is a welcoming supported living service comprising six one-bedroom flats and eight studio apartments. Together, they provide a safe and inclusive home for 14 adults with learning disabilities. The people we support engage in a variety of day services and community-based activities, promoting independence, wellbeing, and personal development in a friendly and supportive environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to support vulnerable people in achieving independence and fulfilling lives, collaborating with social workers and other professionals. \n
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure a smooth and supportive journey for each young person. \n
- Manage and support a team of Support Workers and Waking Night Workers. \n
- Oversee staff rotas, including organising annual leave and covering sickness. \n
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to oversee recruitment and induction of new staff at the Scheme \n
- This role may also require managerial shifts covering the weekend where necessary to ensure full and consistent cover of all shifts. \n
Requirements

- Strong Leadership skills \n
- A Full Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle \n
- Values Driven - A passion for delivering compassionate & respectful care and support \n
- Strong IT skills \n
- Previous managerial experience ideal but not essential
