\nThe Role
\nOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Sales Advisor. In this role you will play a pivotal part in guiding clients through the quote process and ensuring they receive a best-in-class experience. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust and confidence while converting leads into accepted quotes. This role reports to the Sales Manager.
\nResponsibilities will include
\nConduct effective sales calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote, answering questions and driving quote conversion.
\nActively listen to understand client needs and explain the conveyancing process.
\nMonitor and respond to incoming enquiries via email and phone.
\nManage daily tasks effectively to meet individual KPIs and targets.
\nKeep CRM prospect and quote data accurate and up to date.
\nMaintain accurate and compliant notes in line with GDPR requirements.
\nDeliver a high standard of service and respond to client queries within agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes.
\nDemonstrate understanding of client needs and preferences.
\nFollow through on commitments to ensure client satisfaction.
\nApply consultative sales techniques to engage clients, achieve call volume and sales conversion targets.
\nMaintain an up-to-date understanding of products, services, and value proposition.
\nRecognise margin impact of discounting and apply appropriately.
\nAssist with marketing activity as required.
\nProvide support and cover for team members and undertake general administration tasks on an ad hoc basis.
\nThe Person
\nThe ideal candidate is warm, confident, and personable with strong communication skills.

- Previous experience in sales and client engagement (experience within property, fintech, legal services, or the mortgage industry preferred). \n
- Demonstrable track record of hitting sales KPIs. \n
- Proven experience of converting prospects to clients. \n
- Highly organised with CRM experience. \n
- Strong objection-handling and consultative-selling skills. \n
The Salary
\n£26-30,000 with bonus
\nThe Hours
\nFull-time Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm
\nThe Location
\nBristol office-based location within the wider Bristol area.
