Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00Youll work a consistent 5-day monday - friday pattern :Were recruiting reliable Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Pucklechurch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , offering long-term stability for the right candidates.?? Your Duties Will Include:Industrial/Manufacturing (around 7585%) The core responsibilities are production-focused:Assembling refrigeration units from existing designs.Following engineering drawings and work instructions.Fitting mechanical components.Using jib/gantry cranes to install compressors.Installing insulation (lagging).Maintaining quality standards and health & safety.Working to production schedules.These are typical manufacturing operative duties found in a factory or workshop.Technical Engineering (around 1525%) There are some technical aspects:Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Identifying discrepancies in drawings or components.Understanding mechanical assemblies.Working with refrigeration equipment.Carrying out testing/inspection (preferred experience).These tasks require technical aptitude, but you're using engineering information , not creating it?? What Were Looking For:Good level of English (essential for instructions & safety)Previous Manufacturing or assembly operative roles prefferedReliable, punctual, and hard-workingComfortable with physical work and being on your feet??
