Job Description - SC Cleared ElectricianLocation: RAF St Mawgan, CornwallContract: Initial 3-6 months with the potential for ongoing work until 2029About the RoleWe are looking for experienced SC Cleared Electricians to join a major commercial and industrial electrical installation project at RAF St Mawgan.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term, high-profile project with the potential for continued work based on performance and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for carrying out high-quality commercial and industrial electrical installations, including:- Installation of steel trunking, cable trays and ladder systems- Conduit installation- Electrical containment systems- Installation of LV distribution equipment- Pulling, glanding and terminating singles and SWA cabling- Electrical testing and fault finding where required- Working safely in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulationsApplicants must have:- Current SC (Security Check) Clearance - Mandatory- Valid ECS Gold Card or ECS Black Card- Proven experience in commercial and industrial electrical installations- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong commitment to quality and safe working practicesPay & Working Hours£24.50 per hourApproximately 50 hours per weekStandard working hours: 07:30 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)Weekend work, when available, paid x 1.5Overtime is subject to project requirements and site opening hoursContract DetailsInitial contract of 3-6 monthsOpportunity for further work on a project scheduled to continue until 2029Immediate starts available for suitably qualified and SC Cleared candidatesTPBN1_UKTJ
