About the Company
\nWakefield Council is investing in its Building Control Service and we're seeking a talented Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our ambitious and expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including complex developments and higher-risk buildings, whilst helping shape the future of Building Control across the district.
\nAbout the Role
\nYou'll be responsible for:

- Complex plan assessments and site inspections \n
- Building Regulations compliance and enforcement \n
- Dangerous structures and emergency response work \n
- Supporting major development projects \n
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues \n
- Working with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver safe, sustainable communities \n

G11 - £47, 181 to £50, 269 + additional premium of circa £2,400 pa for being on a call out rota and £6,000 Market Rate Supplement - Full package up to £58, 669
