🚨 We’re Hiring: Contingent Workforce Specialist
\n📍 Reading – hybrid, three days per week in the office
\n🚀 Start date: ASAP
\nWe’re looking for a personable and proactive Contingent Workforce Specialist to join a fast-paced, busy team within a large organisation.
\nThis hands-on role will support the transfer of workers between organisations as part of an M&A programme. You’ll manage workforce-related tickets, liaise with the MSP Magnit, support the implementation of VNDLY, and provide an excellent service to workers, hiring managers and key stakeholders.
\nWhat we’re looking for:
\n'05; Client-side contingent workforce experience
\n'05; Strong Excel skills
\n'05; Excellent communication and customer service
\n'05; A proactive, organised and personable approach
\n'05; Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
\nExperience with M&A activity, worker transfers, Magnit or VNDLY would be highly desirable.
