KS2 Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an experienced KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a thriving Primary School in Stockport from September 2026.

This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who has a strong background in Upper KS2 and is passionate about helping pupils reach their full potential. You will work alongside the class teacher, provide targeted classroom support and deliver high-quality interventions to accelerate pupil progress.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has recent experience working within Upper KS2
\n
• Has excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
\n
• Can confidently lead intervention groups in English and Maths
\n
• Is proactive, organised and able to use their own initiative
\n
• Has a positive, flexible approach and works well within a team
\n

This is a full-time role starting in September 2026.
