Are you an experienced Tutor or Educator looking for a rewarding opportunity to support young people with additional needs?
\nWe are recruiting for a full-time Tutor to join a lovely and supportive SEMH school in the Medway area, starting in September.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support, helping them achieve their academic goals while building confidence and engagement in learning. You will be supporting pupils with SEN needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism, delivering tailored learning and creating positive educational experiences.
\nThe Role:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday \n
- Working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm \n
- September start \n
- Delivering and supporting personalised learning programmes \n
- Working with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups \n
- Supporting pupils with SEN needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and Autism \n
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive outcomes \n
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support individual learning plans \n

Requirements:
\n- \n
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential) \n
- Must have the right to work full-time in the UK \n
- Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or SEN experience is desirable \n
- Experience working with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, or challenging behaviour is advantageous \n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships \n
- Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach \n
- Drivers are highly desirable due to location and travel requirements \n
