You'll be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team where digital engineering, BIM innovation and professional development are central to the way projects are delivered.The Role As a Senior MEP Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of high-quality BIM models and technical drawings across a wide variety of building services projects. Working closely with Engineers, BIM Managers and other design professionals, you'll be responsible for delivering coordinated Revit models throughout the design process while contributing to the continual development of digital engineering standards and BIM workflows. The role will include:\n

- Producing and coordinating MEP Revit models and technical drawings across RIBA Stages 2-4 \n
- Developing coordinated BIM models in line with company BIM standards and templates \n
- Managing Revit models from initial setup through to project completion \n
- Producing drawing sheets, views and model documentation \n
- Incorporating asset information including COBie, IFC and Uniclass data where required \n
- Reviewing models produced by engineers and carrying out clash detection \n
- Producing coordination reports and assisting with design reviews \n
- Working collaboratively with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineers \n
- Supporting BIM execution plans and digital delivery processes \n
- Contributing ideas towards BIM automation and digital engineering improvements \n
- Ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and within programme \n

- Experience within a Building Services Consultancy or MEP Contractor \n
- Strong experience using Autodesk Revit for MEP projects \n
- Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health building services \n
- HNC or equivalent qualification within Building Services or a related discipline (preferred) \n
- Experience producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings \n
- Good understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination \n
- Experience using AutoCAD \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams \n

- COBie, IFC and Uniclass data management \n
- ISO 19650 \n
- Knowledge of the RIBA Plan of Work and BSRIA BG6 \n
