Architect ARB w/ Data Centre

• Deliver architectural packages across all RIBA Work Stages, with particular strength in Stages 3-4 (Spatial & Technical Design).
\n
• Develop detailed, coordinated technical design information suitable for planning, tender and construction.
\n
• Produce high-quality Revit models and construction documentation.
\n
• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP and specialist consultants to resolve complex technical interfaces.
\n
• Participate in design reviews, technical workshops and client meetings.
\n
• Support project delivery through construction, responding to RFIs and site queries where required.
\n
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with programme, budget and quality objectives.
\n
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to BIM best practice across the team.
\n

• ARB Registered Architect.
\n
• Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4, with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
\n
• Ideally experience across all RIBA Stages (0-7).
\n
• Highly technical with excellent construction and detailing knowledge.
\n
• Advanced Revit proficiency and confidence working in a BIM-led environment.
\n
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
\n
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Able to manage multiple technical workstreams on complex projects.
\n
