The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs.

• Delivering targeted academic intervention programmes to help students reach their potential.
\n
• Assisting teachers within the classroom to ensure all learners are engaged and supported.

• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independent learning.
