Asbestos Surveyor Location: M3 Corridor (Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke & Surrounding Areas) Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) Contract: Permanent | Full-time A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and expanding portfolio of work across the M3 Corridor, covering Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, and the surrounding areas. This position is focused purely on surveying duties, offering a diverse range of projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector properties. Salary & Benefits Up to £45,000 salary (DOE) Company vehicle or car allowance 22-25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Overtime opportunities available Structured and manageable workload Long-term, secure position The Role Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264 Conducting bulk sampling across a variety of commercial and public sector properties Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports Surveying commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites throughout the M3 Corridor Managing workload independently with support from an established operations team Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance About You BOHS P402 (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy preferred Full UK driving licence Professional, organised, and reliable Why This Role Excellent salary package with earnings up to £45,000 Varied projects across the South Coast and M3 Corridor Strong support structure and realistic scheduling Long-term progression opportunities Join a consultancy that values quality, compliance, and staff wellbeing For further information or to apply, contact Aidan Morgan or send your CV to for immediate consideration
