PMO Analyst - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a PMO Analyst to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.

Role Purpose: Support the delivery of a finance reconciliation project alongside other projects by maintaining project governance, reporting, planning, and controls, while also managing smaller project activities and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, and project documentation.
\n
• Produce project status reports, dashboards, and governance packs.
\n
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and decisions.
\n
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
\n
• Support budget tracking, resource management, and project reporting.
\n
• Ensure adherence to project standards and governance processes.
\n
• Manage small workstreams and project tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Experience in a PMO Analyst or Junior Project Manager role.
\n
• Strong planning, reporting, and organisational skills.
\n
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
\n
• Experience supporting finance, transformation, or business change projects is desirable.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• ADO experience would be desirable
