OVERVIEW:

• The successful candidate will undertake a mix of commercial property work; they will need to have excellent organisational and prioritising skills to manage this workflow.
\n
• While conducting work you will be dealing with general commercial property law, involving:
\n
• Sale and purchase of commercial property
\n
• Sale of business assets
\n
• Secured lending, mortgages, and remortgages
\n
• Landlord and tenant transactions
\n
• Pension scheme transactions
\n
• Land registry applications
\n
• Dealing with section 25 notices
\n
• Acting on behalf of management companies
\n

THE CANDIDATE:

• Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 2+ years’ experience in commercial property.

• You should have a genuine passion for providing high-quality and holistic legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial property law.

• You should also be eager to get involved in developing strong relationships with clients.
