The Supply Register is working in partnership with Acer Trust, recruiting dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work across a group of secondary schools in Oxfordshire, including Matthew Arnold School (Oxford), The Cooper School (Bicester), Icknield Community College (Watlington), and Wood Green School (Witney).

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced support staff, graduates, or individuals looking to build a career in education.

Key Responsibilities – Learning Support Assistant:

  • Provide in-class support to students across KS3 and KS4
  • \n
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and progress
  • \n
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • \n
\n

Requirements:

    \n
  • Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach to working with students
  • \n
\n
