Job Description
Scheme ManagerLocation: BroxbourneSalary: £28,899 (37.5 hours)Monday to Friday (suggested: 9am - 5:30pm)ROLE OVERVIEW The Scheme Manager is responsible for both the day-to-day management of the scheme and the maintenance and repair of the building, communal areas and gardens. The postholder will support residents aged 55+ to live independently, while ensuring the scheme is well maintained, safe and aesthetically appealing.
