Job Title : MEP Site Manager (Short-Term Contract) Location: MotherwellContract Type: Short-Term ContractRate: Competitive, DOEStart Date: ImmediateAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Site Manager to support the successful delivery of a major construction project for a leading contractor.This role is ideal for a proactive and technically competent individual with a strong background in managing Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) installations through to completion.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all MEP activities on site.Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.Monitor installation progress and resolve technical and operational issues.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.Conduct inspections, quality checks, and snagging activities.Liaise with project management teams, consultants, and key stakeholders.Support commissioning and handover processes.Requirements Proven experience as an MEP Site Manager on commercial, industrial, healthcare, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services installations.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex site activities.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Relevant site certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.Availability to start at short notice.What's on Offer Competitive contract rate.Opportunity to work on a high-profile project.Immediate start available.Collaborative and professional project environment.To apply, please submit your CV along with a brief summary of your availability and relevant project experience.
