Part-Time B2B Sales Executive - Fixed hourly rate + Uncapped Commission

Flydry
London, ENG, GB Full Time

Job Description

\n

The role

\n

You will find, pitch and win new commercial laundry accounts across East London and the wider city. You report to the Commercial Manager, who sets targets, agrees pricing with you and supports on larger deals. This is a field and phone role, not a desk role. You are measured on converted accounts, not activity.

\n

Hours: 16 hours per week, worked as two full days or four half days, agreed flexibly with the Commercial Manager based on pipeline and follow-up needs

\n

Pay: £13 per hour plus uncapped commission

\n

Commission: 12.5% of invoiced and paid revenue from every new account you win, for the account's first three months. Paid monthly, after the client pays us. No cap.

\n

Realistic OTE: £1,600–£2,000 per month (base plus commission) for two days a week, based on closing one to two new accounts per month. Uncapped, so strong performers earn more.

\n

Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Build and work a pipeline of commercial prospects: aparthotels and serviced accommodation, Airbnb property managers, sports clubs, gyms, restaurants, cafés and event venues
  • \n
  • Make first contact by phone, email and in-person visits, and book site meetings
  • \n
  • Show prospects our facility, prepare quotes with the Commercial Manager, and close
  • \n
  • Hand new accounts over cleanly to operations and stay the client's point of contact for the first month
  • \n
  • Keep the pipeline tracker up to date weekly
  • \n
  • Hit agreed targets: a minimum number of qualified meetings per week and new accounts per month, set with the Commercial Manager
  • \n
\n

Skills

\n
    \n
  • B2B sales experience, ideally selling a service to hospitality, facilities, leisure or property businesses
  • \n
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and walking into a venue to ask for the decision maker
  • \n
  • Organised, self-managing and honest about pipeline reality
  • \n
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • \n
  • Knowledge of East and Central London and its business landscape is a strong advantage
  • \n
  • Right to work in the UK (mandatory — this role does not offer sponsorship)
  • \n
\n

Why this role works

\n

You are not starting cold. You inherit a qualified prospect list covering hotels, serviced accommodation, sports clubs, studios and event venues, plus proven case studies from national TV productions and live sports events to open doors with. The base is modest because the commission is real - our accounts are recurring monthly revenue, so one solid contract can pay you more in commission than the month's base.
