Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Active Alabama Teacher’s Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with an endorsement in English
  • Expertise in Secondary ELA curriculum and instruction
  • Skilled in integrating technology to enhance classroom engagement
  • Strong classroom management and rapport-building capabilities
