Become an integral support for students’ success as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract basis! In this role, you’ll provide vital speech and language services within a dynamic school setting, working closely with students, educators, and families to achieve meaningful progress. A more detailed caseload will be shared during the interview process, but you can expect a rewarding scope of work and a supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active SLP license in Texas
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, though strong clinical skills in pediatric populations welcome
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied student needs and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team activities
