Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Proficiency in using the ESPED (IEP System)
• Comfortable providing both evaluations and supervision
• Ability to collaborate effectively with COTAs and district leadership
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and timekeeping skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality OT evaluations and ongoing supervision for students requiring therapy services
• Work district-wide, ensuring needs are met across a small, collaborative educational community
• Oversee and supervise COTAs while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
• Maintain accurate weekly timelogs to support transparent reporting and ensure timely approval of work hours
• Practice flexibility, attending onsite as required and communicating efficiently with the Director and school staff
