Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Grand Prairie, TX

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An immediate opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist to provide essential support on a per diem basis in Irving, TX. This role is critical in ensuring seamless pharmacy operations during the specified dates, offering a chance to contribute expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Friday, 8/13 through Wednesday, 8/19
• Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently to maintain patient safety and compliance.
• Perform standard pharmacy duties with support from the pharmacy technician, who is well-versed in the system.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure timely dispensing and excellent patient service.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Texas pharmacist license.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist with proficiency in prescription verification and pharmacy protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
