Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- California state licensure as an SLP
- Recent experience providing speech-language services in a K–12 school setting
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to provide in-person services two days per week OR deliver therapy remotely
- Willingness to supervise SLPA (if experienced)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct speech-language therapy
- Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with school staff and families
- Collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to create supportive learning environments
- Oversee and mentor SLPA as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
