1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Occasional overtime and weekends may be required based on business needs

The Role
As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in supporting daily composting, production, and site operations. You'll assist with material handling, site maintenance, equipment cleanup, housekeeping, and supporting production personnel throughout the facility.
This is a physically active position where reliability, teamwork, safety, and a strong work ethic are critical to success.
Every day, your efforts help support the production of high-quality compost and soil products that benefit agriculture, landscaping, and the environment.
What You'll Do
Perform general labor duties throughout the facility and compost site
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
Remove debris and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the site
Support equipment operators and production personnel as needed
Assist with compost production and processing activities
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely in an outdoor industrial environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in composting, landscaping, agriculture, construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial operations
Experience using hand tools and power tools
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to push, pull, and maneuver materials and equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work around dust, dirt, mud, noise, moving equipment, and strong odors
Ability to wear required PPE at all times
