Pathologist Is Wanted for Locums Coverage in TN

Our organization provides a diverse range of locum assignments, varying from just a single day to several years. • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PM, with on-call duties required.
• Surgical Cases: Handle between 35 to 50 surgical cases daily.
• Cytology Work: Perform 1 to 6 cytologies each day, including FNAs, BALs, body fluids, sputums, and brushings.
• Staffing: No cytotechnologist available for screening.
• Technology: Utilize digital pathology for reviewing surgical cases on a computer.
• Frozen Sections: Required to perform frozen sections independently after 3 PM, with occasional frozen sections for bone marrows sent out; no pap smears involved.
