Position OverviewWe are currently looking for a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN Laborist to join our team in Mountain View and Los Gatos, CA. This role involves:
- Working seven (7) 24-hour shifts each month, with a flexible schedule.
- Providing coverage for eleven (11) Obstetricians.
- Managing an average of three (3) deliveries per shift at El Camino Hospital.
- Rounding on all inpatients, including postpartum and antepartum patients, with an average of 5-10 inpatients daily.
- Access to backup support from UMP Obstetricians and the OB Hospitalist Group on-site.
El Camino Hospital features:
- A Level 3 NICU.
- A dedicated Anesthesiologist available 24/7 for Labor & Delivery.
- A 24-hour Neonatologist and Pediatric Hospitalist on staff.
We offer a comprehensive full-time compensation package that includes:
- A two-year base salary guarantee with total annual compensation of $335,510 for a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE).
- Performance incentives of up to 10% annually.
