Job Summary
A well-established legal services organization is seeking a Staff Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff roles across multiple offices nationwide. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced legal recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and creating a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
This Staff Recruiter role offers the opportunity to join a stable, professional environment with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, and visibility across key business functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional staff positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers, attorneys, department leaders, and office leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, prepare offer letters, and manage rejection communications professionally.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, I-9 processing, E-Verify, and maintain required employment documentation.
- Maintain applicant tracking records, recruiting reports, job descriptions, compensation research, and new hire tracking systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year, flexible based on experience.
- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid opportunity, potentially 1 to 2 remote days per week.
