Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customs Data Entry professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tonawanda, NY. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong data entry accuracy, excellent communication skills, and an interest in learning customs documentation and shipment compliance processes.
As a Customs Data Entry Analyst, you will receive training and support to help you succeed in processing customs documents for major companies and their products. This is a great opportunity to join a team-focused environment with supportive leadership, clear expectations, and the potential to build long-term skills in customs processing, logistics documentation, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customs entries and complete accurate data entry for shipments submitted to U.S. Customs for release.
- Process customs documents in a timely manner while following government regulations and internal procedures.
- Review shipment information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
- Support team members with account workload, document processing, and daily priorities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to help resolve documentation or entry-related questions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
