Job Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour on-call shifts with a 20-minute response time.
- Manage 1 to 2 patients during each call shift.
- Work within a hospital environment.
- Demonstrate skills in arthroscopy and total joint replacement.
- Handle cases involving fractures, sports injuries, and general orthopedic issues (no spine cases).
- Provide leave coverage as needed.
- Respond to beeper calls only when the emergency department requests a consult.
