Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload and work well in an educational setting
• Commitment to onsite, in-person service delivery for the entire school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families for comprehensive student support
• Provide direct interventions, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with diverse needs
• Maintain clear records and participate in IEP meetings, student progress reviews, and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and expression
