Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds current or eligibility for SLP licensure in New Jersey
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
  • Experience or a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based service delivery
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering growth in children with diverse speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with the IEP team
  • Track progress, document services provided, and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary
  • Engage in consultation with teachers and parents to support each student’s growth and success
  • Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the unique and evolving needs of the caseload (case details forthcoming)
