Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Holds current or eligibility for SLP licensure in New Jersey
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome to apply
- Experience or a keen interest in pediatrics and school-based service delivery
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Passion for fostering growth in children with diverse speech and language needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with the IEP team
- Track progress, document services provided, and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary
- Engage in consultation with teachers and parents to support each student’s growth and success
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the unique and evolving needs of the caseload (case details forthcoming)
