Qualifications:

• Valid General Education certification and Special Education certification (pending certifications considered)
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement effective lesson and behavior management plans
• Manage a caseload of 15 students, supporting both general education and IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress documentation
