Qualifications:
- Valid General Education certification and Special Education certification (pending certifications considered)
- Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement effective lesson and behavior management plans
- Manage a caseload of 15 students, supporting both general education and IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records and progress documentation
