Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field) from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with psychological assessment, interventions, and consultation in school settings
  • Familiarity with special education evaluation, IEP development, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students referred for evaluations
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop interventions that support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
  • Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Assist in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective service delivery
  • Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral supports where needed
  • Promote a safe and positive school climate through preventative programs and staff development
